Communicating with clients
In order to maintain its high standards of service, Emond Harnden undertakes to honour the following commitments:
- direct communication with the person in charge of the matter at the school board, or with the person designated by school board or management guidelines;
- provision without delay of copies of any correspondence, projects or other documents to the person responsible at the school board;
- regular and timely updates;
- access if necessary to the firm’s lawyers outside normal office hours; and
- regular e-mail bulletins to clients on significant case and/or legislative developments in education law.
