Andrew is highly valued by clients for his considerable depth of experience in the areas of collective bargaining, labour relations and employment agreements. He provides expert counsel in the development of employment contracts, restrictive covenants and non-competition agreements. He has also assisted many clients dealing with union organizing activity, collective bargaining and Ontario Labour Relations Board hearings. With a diverse clientele ranging from manufacturing, construction and high-tech to education, healthcare, non-profit and public sector organizations, Andrew has led high profile assignments for many local employers. He is respected within the legal community as past Editor-in-Chief of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, and a past Council member of the Canadian Bar Association. Andrew has also given generously of his time within the Ottawa community, as a Board member of the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa, and Bruce House, a hospice and residence for HIV/AIDS patients.
