Carole maintains an extensive bilingual practice in labour arbitrations and negotiations. She has also developed extensive expertise in the areas of pay equity and human rights, and has provided extensive training programs for employers in workplace human rights issues in addition to conducting numerous harassment investigations. Carole maintains a strong involvement in Ottawa’s business community, as a member of several organizations including Le Regroupement des gens d’affaires, the Women’s Business Network and the Ottawa Human Resources Professionals Association.
