Paul maintains an extensive bilingual practice focussed on education law and all legal aspects of the business of school boards. He has considerable litigation experience representing clients before courts and administrative tribunals. Paul graduated from the University of Ottawa Magna Cum Laude and was called to the bar in 1995. He holds a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Moncton. Paul is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, l'Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association. He is also a member of the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association - Education Law Section and a member of the Languages of Instruction Commission of Ontario.
