Jennifer has extensive public sector expertise in both the municipal and education environments. Within her area of concentration, Jennifer provides counsel on a broad range of issues including employee contracts, downsizing, policy development, human rights, labour arbitrations and all aspects of the employment relationship. Jennifer’s clientele includes a wide variety of clients, including public sector organizations and municipal governments. Born and raised in Ottawa, Jennifer graduated from the University of Ottawa Magna Cum Laude, and was called to the bar in 1995. She maintains strong links to the community and is well known for her work as former Chair of the Canadian Toy Testing Council. She has been a featured speaker at the CCLA Civil Litigation Conference in Montebello and speaks frequently to organizations about labour and employment issues.
